Back for a sixth year as headline sponsor for the Scottish ClubSport Annual Conference!
Scottish ClubSport are delighted to confirm that once again, Harper Macleod will be the headline sponsor for the 2026 Annual Sponsor. This means that delegates will also hear from the team during the day too.
Jackie Smith, Chair of SCS states that “We are delighted to welcome Harper Macleod on board once again to support the conference. Their ongoing work with us continues to benefit the sports councils, club sport networks, affiliates and members across the Scottish Landscape. We thank them for getting onboard once again.” She added that it was great to have a “consistent relationship with sponsors as the Scottish Alcohol Industry Partnership were once again supporting the Network Dinner and Awards”.
As well as supporting the conference, delegates will once again be able to hear from the Harper Macleod team with a session that will slot into our ‘sustainability’ section of the day.
Content of the day is still being finalised but the Agenda outline is currently as follows:
- 9.15am onwards = Arrival
- 9.30am = Registration
- 9.45am = Welcome & Opening remarks
- 10am = Legacy Session – hear more about what we mean by legacy through this panel discussion and how club and community sport can benefit from National & International events or programmes.
- 11.15am = Break
- 11.45am = Sustainability Session – hear from Harper Macleod and Children First on current issues affecting our sport
- 1.00pm = Lunch
- 2.00pm = Carousel sessions – hear short & sharp sessions on good practice from others such as ClubSport Stirling (Communication) and Aberdeenshire Clubsport SCIO (Sponsorship for Awards) with more to be confirmed
- 3.10pm = Networking Break
- 3.30pm = Engagement sessions – led by our Young People’s Working Group hear about engaging with young people followed by a session from sportscotland on community engagement
- 4.30pm = Overview, Thanks & Close

Our AGM will then take place with all members invited to attend.
Our Network Dinner & Awards will start at 6.30pm with a welcome drink and we will be welcomed by Provost Leishman after taking our seats at 7pm.
