Volunteer recognition award gains new supporter
Scottish Clubsport are delighted to welcome Forsyths as the new sponsor for our Service to Sport award championing long serving volunteers across Scotland.
Scottish ClubSport has teamed up with Forsyths with the ambition to provide recognition to volunteers in Scotland through the Scottish ClubSport Service to Sport award.
Each year, the Scottish ClubSport network lead the organisation of community sports awards evenings to celebrate and champion the contributions of local volunteers and athletes. These awards evening are a highlight of the community club sport calendar.
Typically, the awards evenings culminate in the presentation of the Scottish ClubSport Service to Sport Award which, from 1st April 2024, will be sponsored by Forsyths.
The award seeks to recognise a long-standing and dedicated volunteer. A stipulation of this prestigious award is that the recipient must have provided service to community club sport for 15+ years.

The first awards evening will take place in East Kilbride on 20th April 2024. Governing Bodies and Clubs can nominate individuals, teams, clubs for local awards through our local ClubSport Networks.
