The winner of the Scottish ClubSport Service to Sport award, sponsored by Forsyths is Anna Tizzard. The award was presented by Kirkcaldy Sports Council to recognise Anna`s long standing commitment and efforts towards community and club sport.

The winner of this award started off in their sport as recommended by their doctor to maintain and improve muscle power in their leg affected by polio. They enrolled in their local disability swimming club and excelled, swimming internationally for over a decade. They competed for Great Britain in three Paralympic Games, World and European Championships and swam for Scotland in the mainstream Commonwealth Games in Canada. From there they moved into coaching and volunteering within the Club as part of the committee and lifelong member. They are passionate about safeguarding in sport and are currently the Child & Welfare Protection Officer for the club, helping to guide the Club in this area through the COVID period. They devote many hours to training club volunteers to support the running of the club, keeping policies and procedures up to date including the development of an online system on the club website to support child protection within the club.
The Winner of the Scottish ClubSport Service to Sport Award is from Glenrothes Amateur Swimming Club – Anna Tizzard.
The award was presented by Louis Gallagher, Youth Director from Scottish ClubSport.
