Looking at recruitment and engagement of volunteers, this workshop will include case studies looking at the volunteer journey and how to set yourself up for the best outcome during recruitment. Discussion and activity will then consider how to continuously engage volunteers, creating a team that helps achieve the clubs’ objectives.

Previously Held Roles: 

Claire has over 10 years’ experience leading volunteer programmes for many major events, including the inaugural Glasgow 2018 European Championships and the pan-Scotland UCI 2023 Cycling World Championships.

Claire has a passion for creating engaging and inspiring volunteer programmes that reach beyond the event and provide an uplifting experience for all volunteers.
